Zumba, Step Return to Jen Murphy Fitness

The new schedule is in full swing with some popular favorites making an appearance!

Welcome Maria and Zumba

JMF would like to welcome Maria to the main studio teaching Zumba on Monday nights at 5 p.m. and Tuesday mornings at 10:15 a.m. The classes have been packed with old and new friends shaking up the dance floor! I’ve even spotted a few Zumbies checking out Felicia’s Dance Fit class, Saturday mornings at 9 a.m., along with some dedicated groupies. No dance experience needed for these classes, just a water bottle and hips!

Step Class

Step also makes an appearance on the new summer schedule! Monday morning and early Thursday morning classes will be Stepping their way to a BIG calorie burn. This mornings class burned 578 calories in just 45 minutes! Weights and abs round out this cardio workout and make it a summer body must. Never stepped before? Beginner step tutorials are held 20 minutes before each class reviewing the steps of the day. Our class mantra is “no newbie stepper left behind “.

June 25 at 10:30 a.m. is the 2nd annual YOGA IN THE PARK at the Anne Street Park in Milford. It is free and open to everyone! No yoga experience necessary, all ages welcome. Please bring a blanket or mat.
