200 Hour Program

Our 200 hour Program moves deeply into the study of Hatha Yoga, The Eight Limbs of Yoga, The Yoga Sutras, and The Bhagavad Gita. We study techniques and bio-mechanics, teaching methodology and professional development. We study how to live our yoga and earn a living doing what we love.
Graduates are qualified to register with Yoga Alliance for the designation of 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher.
300 Hour Program

Our 300 Hour Program builds upon and deepens our trainees’ understanding of the practice and teaching of yoga at the 200-hour level. We prepare you to teach principles and techniques that are more detailed and subtle.
Graduates of our 300 hour Teacher Training are qualified to register with Yoga Alliance as 500 Hour RYTs.
Eileen is Director and Lead Trainer in The Yoga Alliance 200 and 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training held in Milford, Pennsylvania. Eileen loves the power of yoga and the mat as a safe space for growth and transformation. She emphasizes the therapeutic and healing aspects of yoga and reiki in her practices and teaching. It is her mission to share the wisdom of her teachers and her experience through her teaching.
Eileen’s experience includes more than 2000 hours of teaching yoga. Her certifications and immersions include Kripalu Prana Yoga, Anusara Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga as Therapy Meditation. Her teachers include Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Dr. Jeff Prabakar Migdow, Robyn Priti Ross, Judith Hanson Lasatar, Rolf Solvik, Sandy Anderson, Shari Fredrichson, Carrie Demers, Sharon Salzberg, Krishna Das, and Mohini Ellen Saltonstall.
Curiosity and a deep love of learning brought Patricia to yoga. She enjoys creative sequencing, combining different styles, and prefers the purity of Hatha Yoga. She has a profound appreciation for Sanskrit, Mantra, and Meditation. Through her practice she found flexibility and strength on all levels.
Patricia graduated from Dharmachakra Yoga School for both her 200 and 300 Hour certifications. Under the tutelage of Nancy Kearon and Eileen Rachelson she gained knowledge, confidence and a sense of community. It was on her mat that she discovered her Dharma, teaching. Patricia is honored to be Assistant Lead Trainer with Dharmachakra Yoga School.
