Yoga in Milford, Pennsylvania

The Practice of Yoga at Jen Murphy Fitness

The Jen Murphy Fitness Studio is dedicated to yoga, and those that practice it throughout the Milford area, all of Pike County, and beyond. The yoga studio is set apart from the rest of our facility, and is located on the third floor, with its own entrance in the rear of the building. This separation creates a quiet space where you can focus on your practice, your breath, and the now.

With a dedicated group of instructors, classes are held daily, including Sundays, and are tailored for beginners, all the way up to advanced yogis, including yoga for men.  We invite you to visit us.
