New Weight Watchers Session  Tuesday June 3 5:30pm $80

Weight Watchers will begin their next 8 week series on Tuesday June 3 at 5:30pm in the back room of The Studio. This  Weight Watchers 360 program takes weight loss to the next level with its improved points program that promotes not just healthy eating but healthy living-in the real world!  The cost per meeting is $80 for the series and is payable by cash , check , Visa or Master Card.  Full payment is due at the first meeting.  Confidential Weigh -ins and meetings will take only 30 minutes of your time- but will change your life forever. Introduction to Meditation Friday June 13 6:45pm free/$5

Join Nancy Kearon for an Introduction to Meditation class coming to the Yoga Studio.  Using props, breath awareness and other techniques students will learn the tools to develop (or deepen) a meditation practice.  Meditation has been proven to lower blood pressure, decrease stress, and create a more blissful life on or off the mat.  Class is free for members and $5 for non-members.  Pre-registration is required.   Register with Nancy at YOGINISISTERS2@gmail.com or 603-848-3930.

Portals of Transformation Friday June 6 7pm-9pm $25

Restorative Yoga Retreat June 27 6:45pm-8:15pm  $25
