As summer heats up, we’ve got a couple of new class additions that are coming:
Yoga Nidra
On Friday, July 11 Nancy Kearon Eryt is holding a Yoga Nidra class from 6:45 p.m to 7:45 p.m.
Yoga Nidra is “Sleep Awareness” yoga. It is an ancient practice “intended to induce full relaxation and a deep sense of well being. Yoga Nidra, or literally, ”Yogi sleep” is a fully lucid an conscious state, yet a very deep state of relaxation where there is little or no awareness of one’s actual environment.
During the class, the students settle into a comfortable shavasana (resting pose), as the teacher guides them through the practice.
No experience is needed to participate.

Adult Ballet with Preston McCollum
Tuesday, July 15 from 6:30 p.m to 8 p.m (Main Studio)
Preston McCollum who has studied on Clemment Crisp, Janet Goodrich and Lynn Seymour at the London School of Contemporary Dance and had danced as Drosselmeyer, the Mouse King and Mother Ginger in the Nutcracker, as well as Pas De deux in Sleeping Beauty and many other shows including musicals, plays and Jazz, will be leading the class.
This is a great opportunity to learn ballet from a master. Yet, absolutely no experience is necessary. Tutus are optional 😉
