Valentine’s Weekend Yoga Workshops at Jen Murphy Fitness

Restorative Yoga
Sunday February 15th 12-2pm $25 per person
Wakeful relaxation is the antidote for stress.  It boosts the immune system, improves circulation, lowers high blood pressure, reduces muscle tension, and nurtures inner quiet.   Learn to relax using yogic techniques including breath, stretch, meditation, massage and yoga postures supported by blankets, bolsters, and pillows.

Seva Yoga
Sunday February 15th at 5:15 pm Free
Taught by Alyta Adams RYT, this beginners class will introduce basic yoga poses and postures as well as an introduction to meditation.
