22 Free Classes On One Big Saturday at Jen Murphy Fitness

Announcing the Jen Murphy Fitness First-Annual SUPER SATURDAY! On Saturday, January 5,  Jen Murphy Fitness in Milford, Pennsylvania will throw open its doors at 8 a.m. with FREE half-hour sample classes running all day for everyone to attend.

Meet The Instructors & More

Come meet the instructors and try out that class you’ve been meaning to check out forever. Get your nutrition questions answered by a Certified Nutritionist, and chat with a Personal Trainer about your fitness goals. Our flexibility guru Linda Quinn will be offering Stretch Care demonstrations, and there will be Yoga Teacher Training instructors to help you deepen your yoga practice. 

Got Little Ones? We've Got Babysitting

Our in house baby whisperer Tama will be in the babysitting room from 8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. to watch the kiddies while you play.

Everyone, Members and Non-Members Are Welcome

All fitness levels are welcome. Beginner?  Been a while since you’ve worked out?  No problem.  We are here to help.  Not a Jen Murphy Fitness Member?  Again, no problem.  Super Saturday is free for everyone, and your chance to check us out–no reservation or pre-registration necessary.  And here’s the really good part: everyone who attends is  entered to win a free one-month membership. Woo!

So come tour the immaculate main studio, check out our beautiful spinning room, and visit the quiet, cozy yoga studio on the third floor, and get your work out on.

Instructors and I will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
