The date has been set for Jen Murphy Fitness’ Second Annual SUPER SATURDAY!
Yes, the holiday’s are now in full-swing. It’s that time of year to eat, drink and be merry– and set New Year, post-festivities resolutions. You know those resolutions: the ones steeped in the guilt associated with too much eating, drinking and being merry.
Never fear! It’s time to vanquish the guilt, and get a jump start on those pesky resolutions.
Back by popular demand our second-annual Super Saturday will be help on Saturday, January 4, 2020. Jen Murphy Fitness will open its doors at 8 a.m. with FREE half-hour sample classes running all day.
Come meet the instructors and try out that class you’ve been meaning to get to forever. Get your nutrition questions answered by a Certified Nutritionist, and chat with a Personal Trainer about your fitness goals. Linda Quinn will be offering Stretch Care demonstrations (did you see her new space?). And our in house baby-whisperer, Tama, will be in her NEW babysitting room from 8 a.m.–12:30 p.m. to watch the kiddies while you play.
Everyone is Welcome
All fitness levels are welcome. Are you a little nervous? Shy? Don’t worry, beginners are always welcome, and are encouraged to find me personally and say hello. I’m happy to show you around, and get you all set up.
