More time to recover from the weekend -7am Weight Training with Linda on Mondays has moved to Tuesdays at 7am.
Back by popular demand- Joyce’s Circuit Training is back on Mondays at 4:30pm!
More playtime for yogis- Friday 10am Open Yoga with Nancy, and Saturday 7am with Eileen (note 9am is no more) has been added to the schedule.
Extra time to spend poolside-Saturday kickboxing is taking a break for the summer.
