New Schedule For February and Winter Lights Festival

Jen Murphy Fitness ScheduleFirst, I would like to congratulate our own Linda Quinn on finishing the first phase of her Physical Therapy degree.  Way to go Linda!

Her next step is a grueling clinical schedule that takes up most of her days. In order to accommodate her new schedule in Honesdale, I’ve had to change a few classes, times and instructors. The good news is that it has resulted in what I think is the best schedule, so far for Jen Murphy Fitness.  We will now be offering back to back classes four nights a week.  Now, those interested, can take their fitness to the next level with nearly two hours of pure working out.

Additionally, Linda will now be offering “Cardio Circuit” at 4:30 p.m. on Fridays, as well as “Linda’s Workout of the Day” on Sunday mornings at 9 a.m.  The class will be a mix of plyometrics, total body weights and cardio.

Congratulation to Kirsten, who goes from client to instructor, teaching both Core Sculpt and Total Body Weighs on Thursdays starting at 4:30 p.m.  Woo!

The new schedule will begin January 27th. Babysitting will remain on Monday and Wednesday nights at 5:30 p.m. and Monday through Friday mornings at 9 a.m.

Finally, our own Dance-Fit-Goddess, Felicia, is the opening act for the Winter Lights Festival this Saturday at 2:40pm!  Come down and help her energize the crowd-Its free for all!
