New Classes for October!

POSTWorkout 101AfternoonsStarting in OctoberWorkout 101

Tuesdays and Thursdays 3-3:45 p.m
Too young for Silver Sneakers but not quite up to rocking a Circuit Training class? This class is designed for the exercise novice.  Light cardio, weight training, core strengthening and stretching combine for a total body workout that is perfect for the beginner, post physical therapy, or non-exerciser.  All basic muscle groups will be addressed in a slower paced, easy to follow workout lead by Jen Murphy.

Stretching Strong

Mondays 7 a.m.
A perfect remedy for Monday morning stiffness, joint soreness, or just to start your week off right! Lead by Martha Dubensky this class combines breathing exercises, light resistance training and features safe stretching from head to toe.

Piloxing

Mondays 5:30 p.m. (also Thursday mornings at 9 a.m.)
Its back on Monday evening!  The high energy cardio class that combines Boxing and Pilates with a killer playlist to get you sweaty and sculpted.
Great for all fitness levels and abilities.

All classes will begin the week of October 6.
$10 per class or $55 per month unlimited classes.
No need to preregister, just show up!
