The new summer schedule is out, and there is lots going on here at Jen Murphy Fitness, including the addition of Pound Fit to the classes line up. But first things first…

New Yoga Schedule
In addition to the new full-class schedule, we’ve changed the yoga schedule a bit. We listened to you and have added a 7am class.

Tai Chi has been added to the schedule to give it more visibility. The class is held Monday’s at 7pm and Sunday at 8:30 am. The first class is FREE!

New Summer Schedule
The new schedule’s here, the new schedule’s here! Yes, it’s that time of year, the birds are singing as we arrive for morning class, and it’s not pitch dark out for evening classes. Yay!
Pound Fit has been added to the schedule.
A new 7 am class has has also been added to the schedule for you early risers.
The new schedule has a new, more informative look which I hope will eliminate some confusion since adding the new Yoga Studio. It now offers start and exact class end times, full class name, if babysitting is available for the specific class, where the class is located (Main Studio or the upstairs Yoga Studio), and who is teaching the class. Also, like Tai Chi, I’m adding classes that may be of interest, but are not part of the standard membership.
