As we continue to work through the challenges surrounding the Coronavirus pandemic, we believe it is more essential than ever to work toward fitness goals such as weight loss, and cardiovascular health. Also, it is our opinion that regular exercise is a specific benefit to mental health. Events we are witnessing and living through now, have never been seen before in our lifetime, and are accompanied by unforeseen stresses and dangers. For these session we can use either Zoom, FaceTime or Skype.
