Read This Before You Blow Off Another Workout

Sadly, as our time contracts, our waistlines expand.  One of life’s bitter ironies.  So what’s the solution?  At Jen Murphy Fitness in Milford, Pennsylvania, we think we’ve found it:  Midday Express Classes.  30 minute classes designed to keep you moving from beginning to end.  A full workout, condensed into half of your lunch break.

Midday Express strips away the fluff from your typical gym routine.  No chit-chat, no resting between sets, no leaning on the water cooler.  Just you, in a puddle of your own sweat.  Classes start promptly at 12:30pm, and it is non-stop work for 30 minutes.

In Weights Express, moves flow from one muscle group to another without rest.  It’s a total body workout, using the free weights of your choice. Although there is no cardio in this class, by working nonstop, your heart rate will climb, melting the fat away as you build lean muscle.

Insanity Express is the famous body sculpting cardio workout sweeping the nation, squeezed into 30 minutes.  The class moves so fast that it will leave you wondering where the time went. Moves like  jacks, mountain climbers, push-ups and dips are worked into timed intervals.  Modifications are given for each move, so even the beginner can keep up and benefit from this class.

Time seems to be missing from all of our lives these days. But is that really just an excuse for letting ourselves slide yet one more day? With Express Classes at Jen Murphy Fitness, you are in, shredded and out the door before you, or your boss, realized what happened.
