What is it?
Kutt is a life-changing workout program developed at Jen Murphy Fitness for both men and women, that combines endurance-building cardio exercises, tone-enhancing core movements and strength-building weight training, all working symbiotically to give you the most efficient fat-burning, muscle building workout possible.
There are 5 classes in the series:
Two circuit classes each week
Two weight training classes each week
And a Cardiometrics class that combines plyometric-cardio with isometrics.
Sunday: 4 p.m Kutt Cardiometrics
Tuesday: 5:30 p.m. Kutt Circuit
Wednesday: 5:30 p.m. Kutt Weight Training
Thursday: 5:30 p.m. Kutt Circuit
Saturday: 8 a.m. Kutt Weight Training
Five classes a week, and a new body by spring. And once you start, you wont’ want to miss a workout!
Restorative Yoga with Eileen: Sunday, January 4, Noon–2 p.m. $25
Restorative yoga is the antidote for stress, injury and pain, insomnia, high blood pressure and an overly active mind. It boosts the immune system, improves circulation, sleep and nurtures inner quiet.
No yoga experience is required. Class size is limited, please reserve in advance.
