$50 A Month Unlimited - $10 A Class - 10 Classes for $80 - $5 F/T Students

Boot Camp - A mix of cardio and weights that will leave you sweaty and satisfied!

Circuit training - Cardio combined with weights to burn fat and sculpt lean muscle!

Core Sculpt - Basic pilates moves infused with light weights to strengthen the core muscles!

Kick Box - Basic boxing moves guaranteed to get your heart pumping!

Light Cardio Sculpt - A low impact cardio mixed with light weight training.

Open Yoga - An all-levels vinyasa (flowing) class consisting of creative sun salutation variations, standing and seated postures, and relaxing stretches..... all linked by the breath.  No yoga experience is required.

Step Interval - Step moves combined with great music and weights to get you moving!

Weights  - The name says it all-weight training for all muscle groups- you choose your weight!

Zumba - Latin based dance fitness class that gets your heart pumping and your hips moving!

Zumba Light  - A low impact, less intense version of Zumba.

Zumba Sculpt - Combo class…half Zumba, half body sculpting resistance training.
